Wholesale Guidelines

Wholesale Eligibility

We are a vinyl record distributor supplying wholesale vinyl records exclusively to approved retailers. We do not sell directly to consumers.

Wholesale accounts are available to:

  • Independent record stores

  • Brick-and-mortar music shops

  • Online retailers selling vinyl records

  • Boutiques and specialty stores carrying music-related products

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our current wholesale minimum order requirement is $350 per order.

Pricing & Volume Discounts

We offer bulk pricing and volume discounts on select vinyl titles.
Larger or recurring wholesale orders may qualify for additional pricing incentives.

Shipping & Order Pick-Up

  • Orders $350 and over ship free via UPS Ground

  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships

  • Free local order pick-up is available for eligible customers

Fulfillment Timeline

Most wholesale orders ship within 2–5 business days, depending on order size and inventory availability.  Larger orders may require additional processing time.

Packaging & Transit Protection

All vinyl records are professionally packed to minimize damage during transit.
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately.

Returns & Damages

Due to wholesale pricing, all sales are final.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery to be eligible for review.

Communication & Response Time

We aim to respond to all wholesale inquiries within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday.  For urgent matters, please contact us directly.
